This stunning,modern holiday home offers generous proportions and understated stylish elegance.Enjoy sophisticated indoor and outdoor family living area plus resort style conveniences.Your light and airy central living areas are all beautifully connected and feature a built in Stainless Steel BBQ for a comfortable place to relax after a hectic day at the beach.This home has a complete kitchen with all utensils, dishwasher, home theatre, reverse cycle air-conditioning washing machine and dryer.Situated in Mindarie, Magnificent Beach Retreat Holiday Home is the perfect place to experience Perth and its surroundings. From here, guests can enjoy easy access to all that the lively city has to offer. With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations. It has an outdoor shower to wash off after going to the beach. 3 minutes drive to Eden and Shore Heaven beach, 2 minutes drive to Coles, Dome and other (URL HIDDEN) a lovely place for you and your family to stay for a cool holiday. The host has just installed Foxtel on both TV in the Theatre and Main Bedroom. There is a Nespresso coffee machine Customers can enjoy a wine when they check in.
