This charming, family-friendly home is nestled at the southern gateway of the stunning Peel-Harvey Estuary and Indian Ocean. Enjoy an unbeatable location, just 800 meters from the Port Bouvard Marina and less than 3 km from Pyramids Beach, Avalon Beach and The Cut Golf Course. Adventure awaits! Explore miles of waterways and scenic bike paths that wind along the sparkling waters of both estuary and ocean. Fishing enthusiasts will love the easily accessible fishing platforms along the Dawesville Channel, while thrill seekers can enjoy the surf, skate park, deep sea fishing or a sky dive! COMPLIMENTARY Port Bouvard Boat Ramp pass avail upon request.

The home is located 13Km's from the Mandurah Forum Shopping Complex (or nearby train station): Head south down the Old Coast Road with a simple turn just before the Dawesville Channel Bridge. A bus stop can also be found a 6 min walk away from the home. A bike is wonderful... there are so many paths and beaches to explore right from the doorstep. You can even cycle to the local grocery store if you are keen. If you love walking... you are 800m away from the Dawesville Cut - with beautiful paths to follow as you enjoy the sparkling water, big open skies and graceful dolphins swimming by. If you are a keen, launch your Boat at the Port Bouvard Marina and follow the estuary all the way to the Mandurah Quay, or up the Murray River to Ravenswood.
