Apartment with a fantastic view of the marina and the river. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, full laundry facilities, building security entrance and gated underground parking. The apartment has high quality fixtures and is very clean, quiet and secluded. This modern apartment is located on the second floor with views of the marina and lake. Located behind the Maribyrnong River, it has a walking and cycling track. Cafe, restaurant and hairdresser are conveniently located 50 meters across from the Marina. Beautiful apartment facing the Marina with balcony, master bedroom and private bathroom and the second bedroom with 2 single beds, lake views and full bathroom. During the day, the sun shines on the water and at night the surrounding lights create a magical atmosphere. There is regular tea, sugar and milk. If there is no prior night reservation, you can check in at 8.30am. and check-out at 5.00 p.m. of the next day. We will notify you when a few days before your arrival.
We live nearby so anything you need just call. We speak English and Spanish, so welcome!
One kilometer from High Point Shopping Centre, the bus stop will take you to Footscray Station and very close to Flemington Racecourse. There is so much to do, you can walk to Highpoint shopping center and go to the cinema, catch a tram to Footscray Market or catch a train into the city, just 3 stations from Southern Cross station at the end of Collins Street. Aldi and restaurants are within walking distance or you can cross the nearby bridge to the public golf course and tennis center. Close to bus stop (to Highpoint Shopping Centre), 6 min walk to Flemington Racecourse and 9 min to the Melbourne Showgrounds.
