    The house is big enough for 8 people group. There has 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. The location is very convenient. Walking distance to EchoPoint (three sisters)and town. Beds are comfortable & has heater in every rooms.

A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

An AUD 300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.

All payments must be made by credit card via the payment gateway, Stripe. A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.

Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.

Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.

If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

The accommodation is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by the property's standard cancellation policy.
