Hi there, we are Century 21 SouthCoast Holidays. One of the largest providers of Holiday Home accommodation in Adelaide’s Southern beach-side suburbs. We began our Holiday Letting journey around 17 years ago and have since seen the area and industry flourish. We’ve met travelers from all around the globe (many of which we now have the pleasure to call our friends) and hosted guests for some of their most special milestones in life. While there have been many changes in that time, one thing has always remained – our dedication to our clients. We are constantly evolving to be better and offer more. From our AI guest assistant to our very own app that allows you to manage your booking and discover local attractions & weather. We love to make holiday home ownership and holiday booking as easy & accessible as possible. But our team of local professionals are always available and more than happy to help if you’d prefer to do things ‘the old fashioned way’. Our team is close by and available Monday through Saturday between 9am - 5pm and after hours for emergencies.

This two-storey contemporary waterfront home is beautifully furnished throughout and comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with no shortage of mod-cons to ensure your comfort no matter which season you visit in.  Upstairs is the heart of the home, with an expansive open-plan kitchen, living and dining space and the sumptuous balcony. This is perhaps where you will spend most of your time when you're not exploring all the area has to offer you. Simply sit back and relax with a glass of your favourite McLaren Vale wine in hand and watch the world go by.
