This single level home, north facing house located in a quiet street only 500m to the sands of werri Beach. The convenient location means you can leave the car at home and walk to the beach or up the road for a coffee. The home is well equipped and perfectly set up for couples, groups or families. Sleeping 8 guests across 4 large bedrooms, master suite with ensuite. Merioola retreat has a large entertainers deck with BBQ ready for the whole family to sit back and relax together. The home is nestled within an idyllic private garden setting with pretty garden outlooks, ocean glimpses and mountain views to the north. This area lends itself to family living and entertaining with great connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
