A close to everything townhouse with views of beautiful flower gardens. A 7/11 is only 5 minutes walk whilst the cheapest groceries at Aldi is only 8 minutes walk. Perfect for any green thumbs who enjoy gardening. Unlimited fast internet with a large TV. Also a Tv in each bedroom connectable to the internet for streaming many of the free Apps, 9now, Tenplay, Youtube, 7plus.
A superb Thai restaurant run by David and Amore, "Thai this for food" is only 8-minute walk. In the same stretch along Anzac Avenue, you will find Domino's Pizza, Indian Singhs Curry House, Indian Flavor, Old Asian Kallangur, Kallangur Fish and Chips, Hungry Jacks, Bazza's Bakehouse for fresh bread and pies, 7/11, as well as Red Rooster, KFC and McDonalds options. Diamonds and Kallangur Taverns are about 15-minute walk. Norths Leagues and Services is only a 5-minute walk via their back pedestrian carpark entrance. Inexpensive club meals are available, and their Wednesday night trivia is free. Woolworths Kallangur Fair and Lillybrook Coles are only a 20-minute walk, Aldi, Jett's Kallangur Gym, Supercheap are also nearby. There are two massage shops, Jasmine Thai massage and spa and Lavender Chinese massage & sauna nearby. Kallangur Railway station is 1.5kms away.
