It accommodates up to 19 guests (maximum 14 adults please), across 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This beautiful property is only 1.5 kms from the heart of Berry. The original farmhouse was built over 120 years ago and is complemented by large living areas, indoor / outdoor spaces, beautiful gardens, a commercial kitchen, and a modern accommodation wing. Other features of this fantastic property include a tennis court (tennis racquets and balls not supplied), swimming pool, fire pit, pizza oven, herb and vegetable garden for guest use, ample parking, and beautiful grounds. 5 of the 8 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and sitting areas for added privacy. Please note - Milhouse has unfenced ponds and a running creek in its grounds, so please take great care with young children. Milhouse does not host weddings, however is a perfect option for wedding guest accommodation. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Neighbourhood information

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
