This is a completely private suite which has its own entrance with well lit walkway around to the courtyard & main entrance to the property. Guests have access if they choose to a pool area which is shared by us in the main house. Otherwise you can relax in your own outdoor lounge & dining area. Your suite is a nice light & bright space with beautiful garden views out every window. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and washer/dryer. Washing liquid is provided as well as well as an iron and ironing board. There is a large spacious bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom & walk-in robe. There is a single trundle bed to use for a child. The bathroom has the essential toiletries provided as well as a hair dryer and GHD straightener. The lounge has a fold out sofa to suit two people as well as a large flat screen TV with Apple TV, a DVD player and access to Netflix & Stan. NBN wifi is included and there is a printer with printing, scanning & photocopying facilities for you to use. There is a cupboard full of board games, cards & puzzles. Walking distance to all conveniences. This is your own beautiful private retreat in Mindarie to enjoy!
Originally from Sydney, I met my wife Anna while living and travelling over in the UK. We now live in the beautiful Mindarie in Western Australia, and enjoy Perth's sun, beaches and relaxed vibes. We have two little dogs, Alfie & Jem (Moodle & Yorkie) and I run my own house renovation company while Anna works as a Radiographer. Anna & I both love the outdoors & travel. Our usual weekend would start off at a farmers market followed by a nice long coastal walk and coffee down at the Mindarie Marina. We want our guests to feel very relaxed and comfortable in our property and will always be on hand if you have any questions or extra requirements.
Your property is located in a nice quiet and central neighbourhood in Mindarie, and is walking distance to local cafes, restaurants, beaches & the Mindarie Marina. Noteable places: Union Kitchen cafe: 1.3km walk Basils' Fine Foods Delicatessen: 220m walk Ocean Keys shopping centre (Coles, Woolworths, Kmart etc): 450m walk Mindarie Keys Fish & Chips: 450m walk Claytons Beach: 1.0km walk Quinn's beach (patrolled beach): 3.6km walk Lakeside Joondalup (Myer, H&M, various eateries): 7.8km drive Grand Cinema (Currambine): 6.1km drive
