You will love this stylish one bedroom affordable apartment full of character located across the road from the Shoal Bay Beach by 20 feet. Sit back, relax and enjoy a beverage from your outdoor balcony while watching the blue waters of Shoal Bay and breath in the evening sea breeze. Entry is via ground level where the bathroom with shower and toilet is located. The stairs will take you up to the character filled open plan air conditioned and with a ceiling fan living dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen. Queen bedroom with ceiling fan. Wifi.
