This large modern apartment offers panoramic views of The Arts Centre, MCG, Sidney-Myer Music Bowl, Botanical Gardens, shrine of remembrance, Albert park lake, Grand Prix track, St Kilda beach & Port Melbourne beach. Every room, individually climate controlled with electric blinds make your stay very comfortable in any kind of weather. Living on this 36th floor apartment is an absolute pleasure. You will enjoy easy access to everything the city has to offer from this location.
I love to see our guest have a great time and enjoy the facilities provided as well as see everything Melbourne has to offer.
Walk on the Yarra Promenade along the Yarra river and you’ll love the excitement and buzz. Restaurants of all types, bars, cafes and also the DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) South Wharf. You will find everything you are looking for including most brand names at very reasonable prices. Take a stroll to the Bourke St Mall along Swanston walk for a memorable time. Royal Botanic gardens and The National Gallery of Victoria are also within a short walk. Everything is available within walking distance. South Melbourne Market, National Gallery of Victoria, Royal Botanical Gardens, MCG, Crown Casino, Melbourne Park, AAMI Stadium, Melbourne Central, Bourke St Mall and lots more. There are also plenty of ways to get around. Trains, trams, Taxis and Uber.
