Modern 3-Bedroom Apartments with Ocean Views in the Heart of Broadbeach Enjoy sweeping ocean views and choose between two stylish 3-bedroom layouts in these privately managed resort-style apartments located in the iconic Wave Resort. Please refer to the photos to view the layout and design of each apartment. Each apartment includes a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end wine, cocktail and champagne glasses, an automated espresso machine, serving platters, cake stands, and essential supplies such as tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and basic cleaning items. The master suite features luxury bedding (pillows and mattresses used by leading 5-star hotels) and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower. A portacot and highchair are available on request. Guests have access to the resort’s premium facilities, including a stunning 34th floor rooftop with pool, spa, BBQs, and 360-degree coastal views. Additional amenities include a gym, sauna, and Level 4 infinity pool and BBQ area. You’ll be just steps away from Broadbeach’s best dining, shopping, The Star Casino, Convention Centre, and the tram line - and only 100 metres from the beach. Each apartment is fully self-contained with a front-load washer, dryer, iron, and pool towels provided. Please Note: Level 4 Pool Refurbishment: The Level 4 pool and BBQ area are currently undergoing a full refurbishment, with completion expected by mid October 2025. While this space is unavailable, the rooftop pool and amenities remain fully open. Additional furniture has been moved to the rooftop for your comfort. The gym on Level 4 remains open, and minimal disruption is expected for higher floors. Local Construction: Broadbeach is experiencing a construction boom. While we do not control nearby projects, all works comply with council-approved hours. Some daytime noise may occur, as is common throughout the area.
