Featuring modern interior design flair, whilst maintaining warmth and character, this gorgeous apartment is centrally located on the footstep of the city. The best of both worlds; conveniently located a brief walk from, Newcastle's beaches, and Darby St cafes, take the time to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this leafy elevated position. The fully renovated property includes stunning kitchen, luxe bathroom plus laundry, two bedrooms, complete with spacious built-in robes plus indoor and outdoor living spaces, all overlooking gorgeous leafy views into the heart of Newcastle. Two spacious bedrooms each feature a Queen size bed, plus plenty of storage for all of your belongings in both built-in wardrobes. On street, free parking is available. There is also an additional designated car parking space (carport) for the apartment - this is strictly limited to a small car, due to the steep driveway, narrow turning circle and low clearance of the carport. Please do not park in this space, and only use street parking, if you are not comfortable, or do not drive a suitable small car. Rules for the fur babies We know you want to bring your furry family members along with you and are delighted for you to do this. However, we do ask that they are cleaned up after as they would be at home. If your pet goes to the toilet please bag and place in the outside red bin. We provide cleaning products for messes but please do not use bath or kitchen towels for this purpose. If these rules are not adhered to, there will be an extra cleaning charge.
