Longer stay discounts available when booking direct. we love this because... We indulge in the serenity of a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Its such a tranquil oasis, as it offers a unique blend of privacy and proximity to the beach. Treetop Tranquility: Our favorite spot is the upper deck which connects to the main living, dining and kitchen. Up here we can unwind amidst the treetops. Its private, quiet, and just moments away from the beach, creating a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. It's the perfect setting for year-round entertaining, and we can't get enough of the panoramic views that stretch across the lush surroundings. Family and Pet-Friendly Haven: This house is a haven for families and their furry friends. Secure behind private remote control gates, it provides a safe environment for kids and pets to explore. We appreciate the designated spaces that allow everyone, including our four-legged companions, to enjoy moments of quiet relaxation. The added bonus of a veggie patch lets us create fresh and healthy meals for delightful dinners or lunches. There is also plenty of room for cars and boats although the driveway is quite steep there is parking lower down the drive for easier access. Inviting Freshwater Pool: A sparkling brand new beautiful freshwater pool, elevates this house to our top choice for a beach escape, be it summer or winter. The pool, connected to the lower deck where there are sun loungers to sunbake, comfy chairs to sit poolside or a gorgeous outdoor lounge in the shade. The second living area is a haven for younger family members to chill, and has a convenient study nook.

A 50% deposit needs to be paid within 48 hours of booking, and the balance at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date via credit card into the secure guest portal we provide or via BPAY.
