4 bedroom 3 bathroom canal-front home on 2 stories and with 2 kitchens and 2 lounge areas. Family and couples only bookings only, if your booking is not for a family please contact us before making the booking. Very close to the beach and easy access to everywhere else. Spacious home with different zones, air conditioning, WiFi, and an extremely large outdoor area with a well-sized pool, a gazebo complete with fan and BBQ, and plenty of grass. One bedroom with Queen Bed and air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge (kids) area on the ground floor. The rest is upstairs: a Queen bed with ensuite including a spa bath and 4 singles to accommodate up to 8 guests. Upstairs has ducted air conditioning, a large living area including dining, and a 3rd bathroom. There are ceiling fans throughout. Side driveway access to the canal for canal boats or water toys. This property is fully fenced and can garage 2 vehicles. Driveway parking for 2 cars also You may also hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings. Keys to be collected from and returned to our G1 Holiday Office Mooloolaba
