Regional Escapes is a family-run business of locals who have lived and worked in Geelong and surrounding areas for generations. From our first rental property in 1996 to the 300+ holiday rentals we manage now, we’ve grown into one of the largest short-term property management teams in the region.

First Built in the 1880s, this Grandeur Manor of rendered brick, encompassed by an elaborate cast-iron veranda, sleeps up to 24 people with 8 private studios, featuring a combination of king and queen beds fit with luxury bedding. Available to let for an awe-inspiring wedding venue, family reunion, corporate event or whatever your heart desires. Myer’s Manor has all you need, including free parking, vast common areas, an equipped kitchen, lounge area, all featuring luxurious antique furnishings.

The property is located on Myers Street, in the heart of Geelong CBD. Delicious restaurants and entertainment venues are at your fingertips. Only a 5-to-10-minute walk away will have you at Recess Bar, El Tor Pizza & Pasta, and Nectar Kitchen on the corner of Myer & Moorabool St. On Ryrie St, you can find Village Cinemas, followed by quality restaurants including Emerge, Kosaten, ALMA and many more of our favourites on Little Malop Street. A 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Eastern Beach and Geelong Botanic Gardens, where you can take in the sea breeze, play in the park or have a dip in the bay. A 15-minute walk to Geelong Art Centre, Gallery, National Wool Museum, Geelong Library and Heritage Centre also known as ‘the Dome’, where you can take in the history and talent of Geelong.
