For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to Nanny's Beach House, a charming holiday chalet located in the scenic Berrara Beach Chalets. This cosy beach chalet offers a comfortable retreat for up to five guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Things to note about the property: Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Aircon is available. Shared Laundry facilities Guests are required to supply their own firewood. No smoking inside the Chalet No pets allowed. No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable

Sussex Inlet, Cudmirrah and Berrara are lovely coastal areas offering a range of water activities. Boating, fishing, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing are all great around here.
