Company information

I have managed Nautilus Apartments Merimbula since 2003. I try to ensure that everyone has a great holiday (so if I ask your kids to quieten down a bit, it's probably for the comfort of others!). As I live on-site I am always available to assist with any problems or queries. I like the beach, kayaking, fishing and golf. Always willing to help or provide advice on great local activities.

Property information

We have 1 small 2BR unit, 3 large 2BR units and one 3BR unit. Our small complex is fully fenced for the safety of the younger children and all units look out over the gardens and large lawn area towards our 10 metre solar heated pool (usually swimable from September to May, but it does depend on the sun!). We have free foxtel (9 channels); free wi-fi, free DVD's and a small book exchange. There are two undercover BBQ's and a secure off-road car park.

Neighbourhood information

Our location is 300 metres to the ocean for swimming, surfing, fishing (large sandy area for beach play) and 100 metres to the lake for kayaking, SUP and fishing. The boat ramp is 200 metres away and town centre less than a kilometre across the bridge. We have a cafe (breakfast, lunch, coffee), takeaway shop (fish & chips, hamburgers, roasts, coffee, ice cream) and bike hire in the next street across. There is a huge all-abilities playground at the top of the street. A 27 hole golf course is 3km down the road. There are many nearby walks and we are a perfect base for exploring nearby national parks
