Property information

Nautilus is a breath of fresh air, it's all new with quality furnishings and amenities including wifi, central heating and evap cooling. The local 3225 cafe is just up the road so it's an easy flat walk to enjoy a great coffee and sit on their deck overlooking the waterways. Stylishly furnished with relaxation in mind, there is also a very handy study nook set up with a desk, printer and lamp so if you have to do some work while away this makes it easy. The dining area overlooks the gardens, the table is big enough to comfortably sit 8. Light fills the living area with glass sliding doors opening up to include the alfresco BBQ area. Leather couches, a beautifully upholstered armchair, large flat screen TV - it's all here. Comfortable living all year with gas ducted heating and evaporative air-cooling. The outdoor entertaining area is designed for holiday living with an outdoor dining setting and sun lounges scattered over a beautiful paved area. There is also a great grassed yard space for littlies or furbabies to enjoy. Nautilus is dog friendly (sorry cats are not permitted in the estate) we do ask dogs are outside only but please speak to our office if you have an indoor dog, extra conditions apply. LINEN: - BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) - Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking) - Doona Sizes - 2 Queen doonas and 2 Single doonas YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but not on the furniture. Please bring your own bedding and towls etc *Deposit or full payment is processed once booking is confirmed. Neighbourhood information

Situated in The Point, a beautiful new estate with stunning waterways, parklands and walking tracks. The parklands have loads of new children's play equipment, basketball, bike tracks, bbq's, outdoor settings, outdoor gym equipment and so much more. Most houses have permanent residents so we do ask our guest to show courtesy and be mindful of noise after 10pm. There is a funky cafe with excellent coffee and snacks, overlooking the waterways and outdoor yoga in the park plus over the summer months outdoor cinema in the park. And with all that said you can still walk to the beach if you like - although you can swim in the waterways but be aware as it is deeper than you would think. Just a 5 minute drive to Queenscliff or Ocean Grove.
