Positioned on the second floor with a northern aspect, the apartment enjoys abundant natural light and spectacular views. The expansive balcony is ideal for entertaining or relaxing while soaking up the northern sun and marina vistas. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas are designed to maximize the views, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors that invite in sea breezes. The master suite boasts incredible water views from both the bedroom and ensuite, which includes a bathtub with a scenic outlook. The suite also features a Queen bed and double vanity for a touch of luxury. The kitchen is equipped with premium Smeg appliances and a coffee machine for added convenience. Each of the 3 bedrooms is fitted with a Queen-size bed for ultimate comfort. The complex offers resort-style amenities, including a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, a heated swimming pool (seasonal), and a fully equipped private gym. The apartment is just a 5-minute stroll from cafes, bars, and shopping within the Marina, providing easy access to everything you need for a vibrant and relaxing holiday. Secure parking with two basement car spaces completes this exceptional property. We have a strict no-noise party policy. Our apartment is in a quiet complex with permanent residents, so we cannot accommodate lively gatherings, including "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. The space is best suited for families or friends seeking a peaceful retreat. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the balcony. Bath towels are provided, but bring your own beach towel for the pool or beach. This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is permitted outside the complex. Fees apply for lockouts or lost keys.
