Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. A view of a big grape farm and you can enjoy free grape picking through the grape season. This property is located in the former CSIRO site Merbien VIC and is just a 4-minute drive to the airport, a 12-minute drive to Mildura CDB, and the beautiful Murray Riverfront. This is a newly built farmhouse and no disturbance from any neighbors, you can enjoy your music/ voice without any issues.
I live just a 15-minute drive from the property and guests can contact me anytime they need help.
