New, Upscale Private Kingston Beach Villa, Outdoor Tub and Firepit A perfect 10 Rating Award Winner. Fabulous new villa, steps from Kingston Beach – amazing views, private outdoor patio area with soaking tub and Solo smokeless fire pit. 3 bedrooms (queen, double, single), sleeps 5. The open living plan includes a comfy sitting area with 2 coaches and a high-end smart TV, a gourmet, well equipped chiefs kitchen.. the dining table sits in front of a floor to ceiling picture window -the views of the beach and the water are amazing – and constantly changing. The house features a half bath upstairs and a full wet room bath downstairs with indoor free-standing soaking tub and rainfall shower. The three bedrooms --queen, double, single-- are all downstairs, and are all fitted with cozy duvets, and there is a heater in every room. The master bedroom opens to the lovely garden patio where you can relax to the gentle sound of the waves while you play with the fire or relax in the outdoor tub. It is only a 3-minute stroll down the short walking path to Kingston Beach, where you can: walk, swim, sail or kayak along the long sandy crescent, eat at the iconic Salty Dog (live music Sunday afternoons), or enjoy world class coffee, pizza, Japanese inspired seafood or one of the other great restaurants. The villa, being only 15 minutes to Hobart, serves as a great base for exploring the unique beauty and sometimes outrageous culture that is Tassie. If needed, the third bedroom has a simple desk and the high speed wireless nBn wi-fi is dependable for all work needs.
We look forward to sharing our home with you while we are away visiting our grand children in Austria. Asher and Baeleigh, our local newly wed hosts, are dedicated to making this a perfect place for you to rest and relax. They probably left you a bottle of wine or special coffee. They like to leave treats!
Quiet, private location two blocks above the tranquil Kingston Beach. Walk out the side gate and down a short (3 minute) but steep leafy pedestrian path to the fabulous beach, and assortment of wonderful Fish and Chips, Japanese, Italian and coffee restaurants of Kingston Beach - An easy 15 minute drive to Hobart City centre, Salamanca, Battery Point and the Wharf. MONA, Mt Wellington. Bruny Island, Port Arthur and much much more are easy day visits. The perfect location for seeing and experiencing all the wonders of Tasmania.
