This property is a relaxed canal, beach front property with a view to tailor for busy working class or tiring mum and dads to find somewhere quiet and nice to enjoy a sunset on private beach and water. We appreciate quiet enjoyment and strictly no party please. Morale comes before anything. If you are going to have more than 9 people, please be honest with us and we would have neighbourhood watch at all times. Thank you for your understanding and support.
We will be very vigilant about our guests' safety during this times. We do additional disinfection in the bedding and house areas. We will also welcome guests to abide by our additional house rules- no party.
This is a quiet neighbourhood. Thus we place additional environment charge applicable only to the groups who have disobeyed the house rules of having noisy parties or more than 10 people in the property. This will be charged as per the written complaint from neighbour and will deduct from guest credit card with evidence from neighbour written complaint. This is to ensure the peaceful neighbourhood rule is strictly maintained.
