A spacious solid concrete house that maintains a comfortable temperature year-round — cool in summer and warm in winter. Surrounded by beautiful flower gardens front and back, perfect for relaxing. - Car parking space if available. - Next to a bus stop, with restaurants and hotels nearby. Just 2 minutes to Port Adelaide Shopping Centre, 6 minutes to Semaphore Beach, 5 minutes to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, 16 minutes to the city centre, and 17 minutes to the airport by car.

The house is located in a safe area near Port Adelaide. There is only one neighbour on the left side, and the property is occasionally rented on Airbnb – there has never been any issues. It’s a peaceful and safe environment, ideal for guests who prefer a calm and relaxed stay. Public transport, shops and the Port are all within easy reach.
