Nestled on one of Mudgee’s tree-lined boulevards, this home is instantly inviting with gorgeous greenery and its country-style façade. It combines bright and spacious interiors, with a lovely alfresco seating area replete with a BBQ. Inside, the living and dining area is open plan, flowing to the backyard. Air-conditioning and heating throughout render the home a year-round retreat. There is a wooden dining table for guests to gather for a shared meal, along with a breakfast bar to take things slow in the morning. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering with modern appliances, including a coffee machine. Sofa seating encourages cosy nights at home with a central smart TV or unwind on the reading chair with your favourite book. Each of the two bedrooms has been thoughtfully styled with floral accents and pops of colour. Both come with double beds, topped in hotel-quality linens for a good night’s sleep. Built-in wardrobes in each mean there is plenty of space for storing your belongings. The first bedroom enjoys direct access to the main bathroom. Refresh within a generous sized shower with complimentary toiletries provided for your stay. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, adding to your everyday convenience. There is one garage space provided as well as parking on the driveway. You'll find a porta cot for your convenience. For an extra fee, you may request a high chair, cot linen with a towel, and a rollaway bed suitable for a small child which includes bedding and linen.
