The below set out of Unit Rules have been developed to set clear rules about the use, enjoyment, control, and management of accommodation provided to our guests at Noongar.
The following rules apply:
1. The accommodation is to be kept in a clean, tidy, and respectful manner
a. All rubbish is to be placed in the Council waste bins provided
2. Lights are to be turned off each day when leaving the premises
3. Air conditioning is to be turned off each day when leaving the premises
4. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the premises
5. Please use place mats and coasters provided for use on dining tables, coffee table, bed side tables and desk to avoid water marks occurring on the wooden furniture
6. It would be appreciated if food was not consumed in the bedrooms
7. Noise is to be kept to a minimum
8. Upon leaving, the accommodation should be free:
a. loose rubbish items
b. all food associated items within fridge and cupboards
c. all personal items
9. Upon check-out at the completion of stay, please notify your host as to where keys have been left. Hosts preference is for them to be left on the dining table
10. Council Rubbish collection day is Wednesday. Please ensure bin is placed on Queen Street the night prior.
11. Please ensure all relevant items are washed up on departure and dishwasher is turned on
12. Any damage or requests for maintenance are to be submitted in writing via booking app.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
