Settle into the traditional main living room, featuring plush seating, a TV and a decorative fireplace. For quiet reading, retreat to the small living room tucked into the left wing. Prepare meals in the renovated kitchen featuring a spacious bench with bar seating, a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, and microwave. Adjacent, the stunning glass-wrapped dining room provides uninterrupted beachfront views and direct access to the front yard, ideal for long lunches or sunset dinners. A split-system air conditioner keeps the dining room cool, while a dedicated workspace near the kitchen offers a quiet nook for remote days. Designed for comfort and privacy, the home offers restful bedrooms tucked into separate wings—one with a king bed, another with a queen, and a third with two king singles—each fitted with a portable heater to ensure comfort year-round. Two full bathrooms offer a refreshing retreat after a sun-soaked day at the beach, one with a deep bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak, and the other with a shower to rinse off the salt and sand in comfort. Step outside to the front yard, where a secure gate opens directly onto the beach path, placing Grange Beach just moments from your doorstep. At the back of the home, a private backyard features a covered patio with a dining table for six, perfect for relaxed alfresco meals after a swim. Please note, two rooms are locked and not accessible to guests, but this should not impact your stay. While there is no on-site parking, free street parking is available nearby, making it easy to come and go as you explore the coast.

Closer to home, just five minutes on foot, grab a fresh Vietnamese bite at NNQ Express or enjoy wagyu fried rice at Superstitious. For shopping, Westfield West Lakes is just a six-minute drive away.
