The property comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests and offers a classic farm stay experience - true to the photos. Please note Normandie Park has a 1,000aud cash bond. In addition, it has external security cameras to monitor any inappropriate behaviour or excessive guests numbers. Where will I be? Normandie Park is a 5 minute drive from the town of Exeter. Moss Vale is a 10 minute drive, and Bowral a 25 minute drive away. The St. Maur and Sally’s Corner vineyards are just down the road. The wineries, wedding venues and other attractions of the Southern Highlands are all within easy driving distance. How is the property laid out? Normandie Park is a large, rambling homestead, essentially on one level, but with a few stairs to access some of the wings of the house. It has plenty of space for a group of 15, including a games room with pool table. The large lounge and dining area, with a full width deck is the hearth of the house. As per the floor plan, Normandie Park has 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The Southern Highlands is a beautiful rural area, located only 2 hours from Sydney. It has pretty countryside, beautiful homes, working dairy farms, vineyards, great golf courses and spectacular national parks. The area caters for all interests as you can explore cafes, restaurants, historical pubs and numerous towns and villages. Or if you are more adventurous, take a beautiful country drive through the rolling hills of the area, explore a waterfall, or do a bushwalk in one of the nearby national parks!
