Modern & cute beach house designed to accommodate a couple, or 1-2 families in comfort, through a combination of indoor and outdoor living areas. Two queen sized bedrooms and bunks for four. Pet friendly & secure fencing. Number Five has been rebuilt to provide stylish and modern holiday accommodation with your comfort in mind. The key feature of the renovation has been the rear veranda - the perfect place to rest during the day or to sit at night and listen to the waves on the beach while having a drink and dinner. 200 metres to the beach, five minutes drive to Callala Bay shops and supermarket. Short walk to Callala RSL, golf, bowls, restaurant, bar and TAB. Cafe and tennis courts all nearby. Sleeping areas comprise: > Bedroom 1 - queen bed > Bedroom 2 - queen bed > Bedroom 3 - two sets of bunks Other rooms: > Lounge - TV, DVD, five seater sofa > Dining - sits eight indoors or eight outdoors > Kitchen - new kitchen, with microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and family sized fridge > Bathroom - bathroom/laundry with large washing machine The highlight: > Large new rear veranda with large dining area, BBQ and outdoor lounge setting. Washing line on side wall The yard: > Pet friendly with front fence per pictures Not really suitable for more than 4 adults, as bunk beds are more for little people. WI-FI and air-conditioning to ensure you enjoy your stay.
