Welcome to Number One, views of Camden Haven River - Spacious, modernised home in a tranquil location. Fishing, swimming, surfing, hiking all within 5-10 minutes walk or drive. Pilot Beach and Wash House Beach 500 meters away, easy stroll towards the end of the street. Smart TV. Ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms. Free WIFI. Simply get away from it all and enjoy the tranquillity. BEDDING Total 8 beds: 2x Queen, 1x Double, 1x King Single, 1x Single, 1x Bunk bed 1x Queen bed - bedroom 1 upstairs 1x Queen bed - bedroom 2 upstairs 1x King single & 1 x single - bedroom 3 upstairs 1x double bed, 1x bunk bed ie 2 singles - bedroom 4 downstairs No internal access between floors. Bathroom one upstairs, second bathroom, with toilet and shower, in detatched laundry located in back yard. THE SPACE / LAYOUT This has been our family holiday home for more than 30 years and we are happy to share it with you when we do not use it ourselves. Upstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen area with water views. Kitchen has a ceramic hotplate and Nespresso coffee machine. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet . Downstairs is accessible via the outdoor front stairs and has an overflow bedroom with a double bed and single bunks, perfect for the teenage retreat. The back yard is fully fenced, has an outdoor entertaining area partly covered, two sun loungers, BBQ, and green level yard.

Neighbourhood information

Local cafés and shops are just a short drive away. Many rock oysters are farmed in the area, get the freshest seafood from the local fish Coop. Kattang Nature Reserve is at the end of the street with beautiful headland hiking trails, blow holes, view wild flowers in season and watch the whales migrate from May-Nov from Point Perpendicular. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset coloured skies. Pilot beach is a great swimming beach, also for laps as it is shelted. North Haven beach is patrolled in summer. Surf beaches are 10 minutes drive, try North Haven, Rainbow Beach in Bonny Hills and Middle Rock surf break in Lake Cathie
