5 secluded acres located on a picturesque valley floor with abundant wild life. Three bedroom home styled off an Australian sheering shed with detached barn. Directions and Access: Google maps should take you direct to the property. Required turns and distances are as follows; If coming come Sydney - after reaching the 50km zone sign at Wollombi, the first building you see on your left is the Wollombi Tavern. Turn right at the Tavern (Police Station sign is on your left as you turn the corner). - Travel 1.1 kms and turn right again at Narone Creek Road. This road is unsealed after the first 200 metres. The road conditions travelling to the property vary and is more suitable to higher riding vehicles. - Travel 2.3 kms and turn left at Craft Road. - Travel 1.5 kms, then left onto Bakers Arm Rd. - Follow for 700 metres, go through maroon gates and in 400 metres you've arrived! Please note: Driving caution is recommended as the 4.9 kms from the turnoff at Wollombi Road. The unsealed road conditions can vary and most suited with a high clearance vehicle. It is not suitable for lowered vehicles, accessibly is fine by 2WD. The house, barn and other structures around the property are totally off grid and powered by Solar. With Solar, there are some limitations with no high power devices such as air Conditioning and dishwasher. 240 Volt appliances are utilised in the house, such as fridge, coffee machine, Television, ceiling fans (main living area) and other standard lighting appliances.
