Situated in Surf Beach is this fantastic double-story holiday home with a lovely water view outlook and located in a very convenient location. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area, there is enough room for the entire family. This modern home includes two levels and a large outdoor area. The nearest beach and other great amenities are only a few minutes away. There are parks nearby, perfect to have a picnic or take your little ones for play. The upper level comprises the well-appointed kitchen that offers a cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Also on the upper level is the living/dining room and the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in robe and ensuite. The lower level offers 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom, and another living area with a TV. Extras in this home include: Views of Western Port Bay TV Pool table Great sized backyard Electric BBQ Dishwasher, oven, and microwave Laundry with washing machine & dryer Coffee machine 2x living areas Heating and cooling upstairs living room only - not downstairs or in bedrooms. HEATING/COOLING One split system (heating and cooling) in the family room upstairs 2 vertical fans to share and portable heaters in every room Guest access A quintessential seaside residence where you can enjoy your holiday and just unwind. This home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The home can sleep an additional 4 more guests (Up to 10 guests). These beds are in family/living area/common areas. Please see the layout below. Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed Additional Sleeping Area: Family / Living Room: 2x Double Sofa Beds (Upstairs) Included in the home: doona, doona cover, pillows and bath mats. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels and hand towels. Linen and/or towels can be hired.
