Perfect for couple and small families. superbly located with only a 5 minute stroll to Port Noarlunga beach & jetty and 3 minutes to local shops & cafes. This beautifully presented beachside home offers 2 king bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen with an induction cooktop, a new oven, dishwasher & coffee machine, a modern bathroom & separate toilet. The lounge & dining has polished timber floors & a large picturesque window capturing that sea view & the romantic twinkle of the evening lights across Port Noarlung.
