Located directly opposite the beach, ‘Ocean View Marengo’ is sure to delight! Set on 8 acres of manicured common property, this newly renovated, 2-bedroom cottage has a substantial decked area, perfect for outdoor entertaining or a relaxing glass of wine whilst you watch the sun set over the ocean. The home features a generous lounge /dining area with an electric fireplace, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, and a spacious bathroom. The landscaped gardens are home to a wide array of native wildlife, including our resident koala ‘Harry’, and boasts a firepit, lake, and children’s playground. Just a short walk to the Marengo nature reserve and a 15-minute stroll along the beachside track to the main street of Apollo Bay (2.5km) for a vast array of dining options, ‘Ocean View Marengo’ is the perfect beach getaway.
