Escape to this contemporary coastal chic penthouse providing an idyllic beach getaway. Set across three levels, the main living space is located on the top floor. Soak in panoramic views of endless rolling waves or immerse yourself in the wide-screen TV from the living room lounges, comforted by a gentle ocean breeze or central air-conditioning. The dining room is the epicentre of group gatherings with a stylish timber and rattan table seating up to 10 guests. The kitchen is spacious and bright with a sweeping U-shaped countertop and a casual breakfast bar. Generous balcony space creates a tranquil indoor-outdoor flow. The main balcony features a picnic-style table, barbeque and ample open space ideal for sea-side meditation or yoga. Situated on the second level, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Find rest in two additional queen-sized bedrooms and a single bedroom with a convenient office nook. The main spacious bathroom is stunning with dual sinks and large shower. The fifth bedroom encompasses the entire bottom level, with the option for twin single beds or an adjoined king bed. It boasts a private lounge area, work desk, furnished balcony and the ensuite bathroom is a serene retreat featuring a lavish spa bath, dual vanity, bidet, sweeping mirrors and leafy window outlook. Additional conveniences include a laundry room and a secure double parking garage. Guests can access the stairs to this third-floor apartment from the carpark or foyer. Please note that the lift is currently out of order.

Enjoy ritual ocean swims at North Wollongong Beach, with an easy two-minute walk to patrolled swimming areas, rock pools and surf waves. The ocean pool is across the road.
