Oceana Holiday Units are located in Coffs Harbour at the beautiful Park Beach. With a short walk of approx 150 metres to the beach, Cafes & the restaurants of Park Beach. The International Marina and Coffs Harbour Jetty are only 3 minutes’ drive from Oceana Holiday Units. Park Beach Plaza Shopping Centre is a leisurely 15-minute walk away or 4 mins by car with The Big Banana being 3 mins more. Mutton Bird Island Nature Reserve also close by One & Two Bedroom apartments have a full Kitchen, Laundry, Dining room and Lounge room with Flat-screen TV, .Studio Unit has a Kitchenette. Guests can enjoy a dip in the Swimming Pool Free parking is at your door. Reservations from local residents cannot be accept without prior arrangement.

Being so close to the beach there is endless beach activities to do. The Solitary Islands Coastal Walk is right on our doorstep with the ability to walk along our beautiful coastline and enjoy the scenery
