Peacefully placed in a tightly held cul de sac, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, this magnificent 300sqm architect designed home with ocean views is well appointed and spacious. The recently renovated kitchen is centrally located and flows to generous indoor & outdoor living spaces. Vast elevated undercover furnished deck with BBQ overlooking the infinity wet edge pool, 5 generous size bedrooms, 3 with en suites with an ocean or garden view and double carport for parking. Living room and back bedroom air-condoned, ceiling fans throughout.
