BRAND NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOM & LAUNDRY
Enjoy the sunset while sitting on the deck above the beach. This is a unique part of the world with houses right on the sand. Amazing views looking over the bay! The bay is a safe place to swim and in the summer the Sydney to Hobart yachts go past in front of your balcony!
There are 2 living areas and 2 outdoor areas with tables for dining and a bbq. 2 bedrooms one with a queen size bed and TV and the other with 1 queen and 1 double sized bed.
The space
Quaint area where houses are literally on the beach. There is a general store to get your necessities and the local South Arm RSL is 10 minutes for a great feed Otherwise Lauderdale has a bigger supermarket 20 min away.
