Welcome to Pacific Gables 1, a bright and breezy 2 bedroom unit, located on the absolute beachfront in Tugun. With no roads to cross and direct beach access, this is sure to become a family favourite! The ground floor unit has recently been updated with 2 renovated bathrooms and new flooring, offering a comfortable space to relax and unwind. There are 2 bedrooms – master with queen bed and ensuite and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms feature stunning ocean views and breezes, so you can watch sunrise over the water from bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The neat and tidy kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and the open plan living area offers smart TV and Wi-Fi. The private beachfront balcony is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a meal with loved ones after a day at the beach. Pacific Gables 1 also offers a fully equipped laundry including washing machine and dryer and double lockup garage (tandem), which is great for families travelling with 2 cars or one car plus bikes and boards. Pacific Gables 1 is located on the absolute beachfront, step out of the living room and across the lawn to the beach! The Oceanway footpath is right on your doorstep, offering a short, easy walk or ride to Tugun Village or a scenic journey into Coolangatta/ Rainbow Bay to the south. Whether you’re looking for action and adventure or a peaceful place to unwind, the southern Gold Coast will not disappoint! It truly is a beautiful part of the world. Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches or Mt Warning – great for day tripping!
