The fresh white kitchen offers all the modern conveniences of home including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and grill, and electric cooktop; as well as a breakfast nook with 4 stools. Easy-clean tiled flooring flows through kitchen and entire living and dining area. The 10 seater dining table is perfect for family dinners indoors cooled by the split a/c unit and perfectly situated to take in the beautiful bushland views that surround the property. Living area boasts magical views of the gardens and beyond to Geographe Bay. Offers plenty of seating, a smart TV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan and sliding door access to the lawn, pool and firepit areas. Main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and ensuite with a shower and w/c. Glass sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor seating area and beyond to the pool. Two Queen bedrooms offer queen beds, ceiling fans and direct outdoor access and share an ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, shower and vanity. Separate w/c is located in the hallway. (Please note this area is out of bounds between the hours of 9pm and 8am due to City of Busselton noise regulations). There’s also a basketball hoop on the driveway and a 220m approx. mountain bike trail weaving throughout the property’s 6 acres. The expansive outdoor alfresco surrounds the property, with stunning views from all angles. Offers a large outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, a fantastic firepit (for use outside of fire ban season only), 5 person spa, and multiple other seating areas to take in the views. Surrounded by the spacious grassed area is the brilliant sparkling below ground pool. Large enough to fit the whole family and more; enjoy a refreshing morning dip or a relaxing afternoon admiring the landscape. The shaded pergola is a welcomed addition to escape the sun’s heat and relax poolside. Panorama offers privacy and seclusion yet it is only a short 7-minute drive to Dunsborough town centre where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many cafes and restaurants or browse the gorgeous boutique shops. Famous Yallingup Beach is a scenic 7-minute drive away for you to enjoy afternoons swimming and snorkelling in the shimmering waters of Yallingup Lagoon.
