Property information

This two bedroom home achieves an enchanting blend of rustic seaside architecture and modern class, with timber lined ceilings, gas log fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning and an entertaining deck to catch the amazing views! The kitchen has all you need including a dishwasher and coffee capsule machine and there is a Weber Q BBQ on the main deck. The house has two bedrooms with QS beds - the master has an ensuite with spa and the second bedroom has its own private deck and a separate bathroom. The light-filled open-plan living and dining area has a large flat screen TV, DVD, PVR and quality sound system. There is a laundry with washing machine off the living area. This property does not accept schoolies, bucks, hens or other large parties/gatherings, penalties will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in. No smoking and No pets. All linen is supplied
