Very comfortable self contained apartment. Separate entrance. Quiet, off the main road. Well equipped for a short stay. Ideal for a Home away from Home
Retired builder. I have all the time for my guests. Even at 76, I am still very active, and very involved in physical activities ( exercises, jobs, helping..) I do speak 3 languages. I am very open minded and try to help in any way I can, mainly to keep mu guests comfortable. I am a PAPA JOE. The main reason of my Short Stay listing is to meet and interact with people from anywhere in the world. I the last 7 years of hosting i had a chance to connect with people from all over the world. a magnificent experience.
Austins Ferry is a middle range suburb, quiet and established, with many new developments in the last 3 years and still going. Wakehurst Road is a dead end Road, Links to another road. So not much traffic. My house is 50 meters from the Road, amongst another 4 units in the complex. It is very quiet and private. The neighbors have been here for years and are very accommodating. very relaxed and enjoyable "neighborhood"
