Papillon Bleu is a stunning, well appointed, new home built in the surrounds of Horseshoe Bay's tree lined Henry Lawson Drive. While positioned within the butterfly walk pathway you are also a stones throw to the Horseshoe Bay beachfront and local cafes and restaurants. Papillon Bleu is a fully self contained, family home nestled amongst the trees that line Henry Lawson Drive and the butterfly reserve. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a landmark addition to this peaceful area. A perfect family home to enjoy a tropical island getaway. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite ( 2 way access ) is surrounded by louvered windows providing flow through breezes and treescape views. The 2nd bedroom also offering an ensuite ( 2 way access ) features a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 king single beds and a trundle for the extra child.
