Staying at "Parkside", you will enjoy the best of Ballarat's outdoor recreation, being located less than 200 metres from Lake Wendouree, as well as our spacious Victoria Park across the road. Guests will have access to the rear yard, which allows for multiple vehicles (including trailers or caravans), and is surrounded by a high fence with an access gate, securing your vehicles during your stay. Pet friendly for the following: Dogs - Indoor/outdoor (maximum 2) Cats - Indoor only (maximum 2)

Set in Ballarat's premier neighbourhood of "Lake Wendouree", this is a sought after area for living and vacationing alike. The jewel in Ballarat's crown is Lake Wendouree, which is a short 200 metres away.
