Parkwood 6 is a delightful tri-level holiday home located in the scenic Snowy Mountains. This spacious retreat is ideal for year-round adventures, offering comfort and convenience.
On the first level, enjoy a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The space opens to a balcony with mountain views and a barbecue area. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures comfort in any weather.
The second level includes a combined bathroom and full laundry facilities, plus a bedroom with two sets of single bunk beds, perfect for families or groups.
The top level features a loft-style master bedroom with a queen-size bed, built-in cupboard, and an ensuite bathroom with a corner spa/shower for relaxation after mountain activities.
Parkwood 6 provides tandem undercover parking and access to a private Ski/Snowboard storage room with a heater and ample hanging space for your gear.
Located centrally, the unit is a short stroll from town restaurants, cafes, and shops. Its close proximity to Thredbo and Perisher ski resorts makes it a great base for both winter sports and summer exploration.
