    The house is spacious and close to the lake (across the road). Kitchen and bathroom are very clean, fully functional and well designed. There are two monitors in the main bedroom for connecting with a laptop when working is needed.

Peppertree, the perfect escape. This three bedroom, two bathroom house boasts huge living & dining areas with high ceilings & gorgeous exposed rafters. It is perfect for entertaining. The indoor combustion fireplace will keep you cosy at night in winter, while the outdoor undercover BBQ & Pizza Oven is perfect for entertaining anytime of the year. Only a short minute walk to Smith's Lake & a 5 minute drive to the beaches, visitors of Peppertree will never run out of things to see & do.

Smith’s lake is a little slice of heaven that is close to both the stunning lake, just 100m from our front door, and the beautiful coastal beaches just a short drive up the road. There is a reserve just at the end of Peppertree Lane, where you can just cross the road and access the Lake for sunset drinks with friends of family. It’s absolutely stunning! Roads are generally quiet so going for a walk is always peaceful and you can just relish in all the beauty this quiet town has. Both Frothy Coffee Cafe and The Good Food Store (also a cafe) are about a 10 minute walk but in seperate directions. Both with great coffee and awesome food. The only difference is Frothy Coffee is on the Lake and you get the instant view. If you need groceries, Foodworks is close by, on Elizabeth Bay drive - about 5 minutes away by car. Would recommend having a car to get around to most places, however we are only 100m from the lakeside and there is also a grocer, takeaway, bakery and bottle shop just a short 10 minute walk away.
