Location is key. 5 minute walk to the life guard patrolled beach. Short stroll to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, parks and more. Bellarine Peninsula is famous for wineries and sight seeing locations. The kids (big and small) will enjoy a day at Adventure Park. Three bedrooms all with air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans. Large open living area overlooking covered outdoor decking area, complete with bbq and lounge to relax in. Park the car and forget about it.
I have three adult children, love gardening and being in the outdoors
Short walk to beach, the river, shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and more. Children’s playground is just around the corner. Public transport is available, however being in close proximity to the beach, river, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc you will most likely walk everywhere.
