This is a truly glorious place to get active or simply unwind. This two-storey home is in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes’ walk from Franklin Parade (the esplanade at Encounter Bay). The property has just been renovated upstairs and down with a brand-new kitchen, two new bathrooms plus a third downstairs, LED lighting, new flooring and new furniture throughout. Bedding Configuration 4 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed (extra cost applies) Beds are freshly made for arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilts. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are supplied. There is a courtyard area at the side of the house fully enclosed to about 1.8m, with a small gap under the two gates (one at either end). The rear yard (facing the lake) is lawned and fully fenced, though the lakeside has a low pool fence of approx. 900mm. Dogs are not permitted to swim or bathe in the lakes, and all dogs must be on leash while on the beach or reserve area. No arrivals/departures on 25 December.
