You will enjoy easy access to town from this centrally located home. Walking distance to the train station, Main Street, supermarket and swimming pool. A large living room, two queen bedrooms and a west facing study with two desks. Also, a sunroom looking over an established north facing 40-year-old garden. It’s like stepping back in time, from the original 60's kitchen to the mid-century furnishings, you will feel like you are spending the night at Nonna's.
We are always a phone call away and help can be at hand with a little notice.
It's a country town. There is a train that goes through the middle of town. Probably not a property in Scone that doesn't hear it. You can sometimes hear dogs barking and occasionally hear music playing in town on a Saturday night. You can go on foot to the town main street and access everything you will need. Most people do drive. There are one or two taxis.
