Modern 3 bedroom townhouse in a peaceful cul de sac. Comfortably sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 - spacious room offering a queen-size bed with walk-in wardrobe and lots of sunlight. Bedroom 2 - twin room with built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 - twin room with chest of drawers. Full bathroom with bath downstairs, extra WC upstairs. Fully appointed kitchen - fridge, oven, cooktop, toaster, kettle and microwave - glassware, cutlery, crockery and cooking ware & utensils. Large fenced backyard perfect to enjoy a BBQ and a game of cricket! Large lockup garage suitable for 1 car, boat, bikes and surfboards. Upstairs consists of a sun-drenched deck, large lounge room with big kitchen. Single car garage with access to the neat and tidy yard with BBQ. Short stroll to South beach or a bit longer walk to Googleys Lagoon or to Dunbogan Boat Shed for a coffee and feed the fish.
